RME-Ideas Limited (hereinafter referenced as “we”, “our”, “us” or “the Company”) is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using Yochaa or any other platform owned by us (“the Platform”), then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy (“Policy”).
This Policy sets out how we collect, use and protect any information that you give us when you use the Platform. By accessing and/or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

What we Collect

Data relating to your trading activities on the Platform, such as billing information, trading history and statistical and other aggregated data derived from your use of the Platform.
Information about your device software or hardware such as your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, operating system, cookie information, and internet service provider.
Location information.
What we do with the Information we Collect
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with better services, and in particular for the following reasons:
Internal record keeping.
To improve the quality of our products and services.
To periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting, where you consent to receive such information.
To contact you for survey or market research purposes.
To help us personalise our service offerings in order to improve your experience on the Platform, and to protect the security and integrity of our services.
Third party processing.
Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. Your data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and is also encrypted using 256-bit encryption before it is stored on our servers.
Despite our very judicious efforts, you, however, understand and accept that there is still a risk to your personal information being gained access to without authorization due to the fact that there is no full guarantee of fidelity as per information transmitted across the internet. You are however advised to adhere with our security protocols at all times, and not to share your passwords and other log-in details. We will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your personal information, save to the extent that such access is as a result of the willful negligence of RME-Ideas Limited, its affiliates or authorised representatives.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest (“Third Party Sites”). However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over such Third Party Site(s), and we do not endorse their content. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting Third Party Sites and such sites are not governed by this Policy. You should exercise caution and read the privacy policies of Third Party Sites before using or accessing same.
Storage of Personal Information
Subject to your rights as set out below, your personal data will be stored for as long as you use the Platform, and for a period of 12 months thereafter.
Your Rights regarding the use of your Personal Information
You shall be entitled to the following rights regarding the use of your personal information:
a. To request for the deletion of your personal information, subject to any overriding legitimate grounds for the use of same.
b. To request for, and receive free of charge, any information regarding you which has been collected on the Platform, in concise & intelligible written form. Provided that where such request is determined by us to be manifestly unfounded or excessive, we shall be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for same, taking into consideration, inter alia the administrative costs of providing such information.
c. To contest the accuracy of your personal information, and to procure the rectification of any inaccurate information.
d. To restrict the use of your personal information pending a determination as to the overriding nature of the legitimate grounds in (a) above.
e. To withdraw consent to the processing of your information at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing of your information which you previously consented to. Note that if you revoke your consent to such processing, we will be unable to provide you with the service(s) for which such consent is required.

Disclosure of Personal Information
We will under no situation knowingly sell, exchange, or otherwise give your personal information to third parties, except with your consent.

Third Party Data Processing
We may transfer your personal information to non-affiliated third-party service providers to perform a variety of services on our behalf, including analysing data to improve our products and services and fulfilling our product and service requests. Such disclosure shall be subject to agreements that prohibit the third parties from using or disclosing the personal information other than for the purpose of processing and which impose security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

The DPO may be an employee of the company or an external person with the requisite capacity to ensure the company’s adherence with extant data protection laws.
Please note that by the NDPR, Data Protection Regulations (NDPR), the Company will be responsible for ensuring adherence by third party processors with the terms of the non-disclosure agreement, as well as the provisions of the Regulations.
