π YochaaSAVE Direct Debit Authorization β Terms & Disclaimers
By setting up Direct Debit for your YochaaSAVE account, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read carefully before proceeding.
β What Youβre Authorizing
By enabling Direct Debit, you authorize CardinalStone and its regulated payment partners to:
Automatically debit your designated bank account for the agreed contribution amount and frequency.
Collect payments on your behalf for scheduled YochaaSAVE deposits or other related financial products you initiate within the YochaaSAVE app.
Retry any failed payments within a reasonable period.
π Payment Schedule
The frequency (e.g. weekly, monthly) and amount will be clearly shown before you complete setup.
You will receive a confirmation email or in-app notification for every successful or failed debit.
You may update or cancel your direct debit mandate at any time from your Yochaa account.
β Failed Payments & Charges
If a scheduled debit fails (e.g. due to insufficient funds), Yochaa may retry the debit up to 3 times within 7 business days.
Your bank may charge fees for failed transactions. Yochaa is not responsible for such charges.
π Cancellation & Modifications
You may cancel the direct debit mandate at any time by visiting your account settings or contacting support via help@yochaa.com.
Cancellation must be done at least 2 business days before the next scheduled debit to take effect in time.
π Security & Data Privacy
Your bank details are securely processed by our licensed payment provider in accordance with NDPR and international data protection standards.
Yochaa does not store your full bank account information directly.

This Direct Debit setup constitutes a legally binding authorization for recurring payments to Yochaa under your instruction.
Your rights under this mandate are protected by applicable financial regulations and dispute resolution procedures.
