How to delete your Yochaa Account
While we hope you’d never come to this decision, we understand that this could sadly be the case in some circumstances. Respecting your choice, we've made the account closure process as straightforward as possible.
Here are the four simple steps to close your account. Account deletion is initiated from the Yochaa mobile app. Please head back to Your Yochaa app account to complete these steps. Account deletion is available from Yochaa version 3.84 and higher. If you are still on version 3.83 please upgrade to see the account deletion options discussed below.
Step 1
Tap the menu button on the top left of any screen to bring up Yochaa Dashboard.
Step 2
Tap Yochaa settings.
Step 3
On Yochaa app settings tap on “Delete Yochaa account”.
Step 4
Read through the information displayed, tap I agree to complete deletion. You will need you sell all your stocks and withdraw all funds before the account will get deleted.
It will take about 48 hours for all your stocks to be deleted and you will no longer have access to your Yochaa account.
